    XPWeb and XPStoryStudio frozen. No development for 2+ years. GreenHopper is JIRA plugin in fact and ScrumDesk is desktop application (so I wonder how it resolved distributed teams problem except paper savings). Check TargetProcess, it is capable tool 🙂

    A really great tool is IBM Rational Team Concert client together with the Jazz platform. We have been piloting it for couple of months already and it really provides almost everything we need.
